A Brief Introduction...

Established over ten years ago in 2003 Active Fire & Security design and install Fire Alarms and Detection Systems, Intruder/Burglar Alarm Systems, Nurse Call Systems, CCTV Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems, Automatic Gate Systems and much more for both commercial and domestic locations. Active Fire & Security cover all areas of the southwest as well as providing commercial systems over a wider area still.

Our History...

Active Fire & Security were initially involved in installing fire & intruder alarms to domestic & commercial properties. Very early on the Company’s reputation for high standard of installation coupled with an unsurpassed level of after sales service started to attract orders from more customers to supply and install fire and intruder alarm systems within budget and on time were critical issues. Which are still as relevant today as ever, and have resulted in business relationships spanning many years.

After just three years of trading Active fire & Security gained the highest certificated standard of Merit from the SSAIB (Security Systems & Alarm Inspection board). SSAIB ensures installations meet the ACPO (Association of Police Officers) and insurance company requirements but, equally importantly, give the end user peace of mind. Active Fire & Security found that more and more customers where starting to require both Access Control systems and CCTV alike. So we then got more involved with the installation, maintenance and repair of these systems as well, and now install all the major brands within these sectors and have become recommended installers for many of them.

Expanding the range of security related systems...

As the growth of integration becoming a large part of the fire and security industry we have become more and more involved with computer and telephone networking, we were getting more and more customers asking if we could install their computer and telephone networking systems as they liked the standard of work from our fire and security system installations, so again being a pro-active company decided to offer this to our customers.
